Personal Use Licenses grant you exclusive use of a specific lot at the resort. Licenses can be sold, willed, or transferred according to the policies set forth by Shuswap Falls RV Resort. Memberships in the Society are not transferable.

By making a reservation or purchasing a Personal Use License, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You agree to pay all charges associated with your reservation or purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation or purchase at our discretion.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6. Limitation of Liability
